Dossier delivery and purchases.
Sandbox only. Live purchases are not currently offered. The test checkout amount is not approved launch pricing. Final purchase, refund and support terms must be approved before live billing is enabled.
What the test dossier contains
One self-contained printable HTML document containing a fixed report snapshot, one saved cost version and its assumptions, source links and questions. Private follow-up answers are included only if you choose them before checkout. Open the downloaded file in your browser and choose Print → Save as PDF to create a PDF copy.
The offer checks recent, matched municipal building or permit records, definitive FEMA flood evidence and a complete saved cost plan. Missing coverage, insufficient matching, old evidence or unknown cost inputs prevent checkout. A report with unresolved coverage gaps is still useful for free research and follow-up.
This is an arrangement of the evidence shown in your report. It adds no inspection, present-condition verification, owner identity check, exact-unit internet test, legal advice or personal safety assessment.
Payment and delivery
Stripe hosts checkout and handles payment details. Your order reserves the exact report and cost version before checkout. A signed payment notification, independently checked against Stripe’s current payment record, controls delivery. Returning from checkout does not prove that payment succeeded.
Purchases shows payment and delivery status. The private download becomes available only after confirmed payment and an available, matching reserved file. If delivery needs review, use that purchase’s help form. Starting the same checkout again reuses its reserved order.
Requests, refunds and deletion
Use the purchase’s help form to request a delivery review, refund review or source correction. Test replies appear in your account. A request is not an automatic refund; confirmed refunds and disputes revoke further downloads. They cannot remove a file already saved to your device.
Deleting the report removes its reserved private dossier and linked support text. Deleting the account removes access and private report contents. Minimal payment references remain for reconciliation and refund handling. Keep your Stripe receipt and purchase reference if you delete your research.
Do not use real card details in the sandbox. A paid launch requires a staffed support channel, approved refund policy and live payment configuration.
